The travel agency acts as an intermediary between service providers and tour participants. It assumes no direct responsibility for losses, damages, delays, accidents, or other inconveniences arising from circumstances beyond its control.

2. Changes to the Program:

The agency reserves the right to make changes to the tour program for logistical, safety, or operational reasons. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes.

3. Travel Insurance:

It is highly recommended that all participants purchase adequate travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, delays, and baggage loss. The agency is not responsible for such expenses.
