Welcome to Paestum Holidays. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with the Paestum Holidays website and the tours and services operated by Leonardo D’Onofrio (doing business as Paestum Holidays).

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or booking any tours.

1. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through our website are processed securely via our third-party provider, Regiondo. By making a booking, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Full payment or a designated deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.

If Paestum Holidays must cancel a tour due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to their trip. Paestum Holidays is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tours.

4. Health and Fitness Requirements

Some of our tours (such as E-Bike tours or walking excursions) require a moderate level of physical fitness. It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit to participate. Please inform us of any severe allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

5. Changes to Itinerary

While we make every effort to adhere to the advertised itineraries, local conditions (weather, traffic, availability of local vendors) may occasionally necessitate slight changes. We reserve the right to alter the itinerary for the safety and enjoyment of the group.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Paestum Holidays and is protected by international copyright laws.
