Cancellation Policy, Delays and General Rules
1. Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be made exclusively by the organizer. Participants are not entitled to request refunds independently.
- In the event of cancellation by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund via bank transfer within 30 days of the scheduled activity date.
2. Refunds:
- There are no refunds for cancellations made by participants. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the activity for operational or safety reasons. In this case, a full refund will be provided to participants.
3. Meeting Point:
- Participants are required to arrive 10 minutes before the activity start time. Delays may result in the loss of participation without the right to a refund.
4. Clothing:
- Please wear appropriate clothing for the activity.
