A house in the countryside
Your base is a country house wrapped in green — a quiet refuge where time genuinely slows down. The day opens with a yoga session in the open air, under the wide Cilento sky, followed by a slow walk to the village and a browse through a little local shop. Nothing is far; nothing is rushed.
Days on the water
The Cilento coast is paradise for anyone who loves the sea. One day you’ll board a sailing boat and glide along turquoise water toward Punta Tresino, stopping to dive into hidden coves and eat a long, lazy lunch on deck — wind in your hair, sun on your skin, and a coastline that has barely changed in centuries.
Days on the land
Other days belong to the land: a morning in a buffalo dairy watching mozzarella being born (and eating it minutes later), an afternoon among the Greek temples of Paestum, an underground walk through the fairy-tale stalactites of the Castelcivita caves, and — our favourite small pleasure — an hour in a pomegranate orchard, picking fruit straight from the tree.
Villages by e-bike
The inland Cilento is dotted with stone villages that look lifted from a postcard. Exploring them by e-bike is the most enjoyable (and most sustainable) way in — cobbled lanes, panoramic ridges, a basket slowly filling with local produce, and a picnic in a vineyard to finish.
