During the guided tour, you’ll see the full production process up close, from milk to finished product. You’ll also visit the buffalo farm, where you can meet these gentle and friendly animals, and explore the farm while learning about its history and how local traditions are still carried on today.
After the tour, you’ll enjoy a relaxed lunch made with fresh, seasonal products prepared directly on the farm. The menu includes buffalo mozzarella, ricotta, a selection of cheeses, fresh vegetables, dessert and drinks, all genuine and locally produced.
