Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you'll discover the secrets behind the flavours that have made this region legendary.

DAY 2
Paestum — Mozzarella, Temples & a Sunset Cruise
Buffalo mozzarella, ancient history & dinner on the sea
The morning starts at a renowned local dairy farm, where you'll witness the ancient art of buffalo mozzarella production — from fresh milk to the softest, most delicious mozzarella you've ever tasted. Explore the Museum of Rural Civilisation to understand the farming traditions that have shaped this land for centuries, then sit down to a fabulous lunch featuring the farm's own dairy products.
After lunch, visit the magnificent Paestum Temples — one of the best-preserved ancient Greek archaeological sites in the world. Walk among columns that have stood for over 2,500 years and feel the weight of history beneath your feet.
As evening falls, something special awaits: you'll board a boat to discover the Cilento coastline from the sea. Cruising gently along the shore as the sun sets, you'll arrive at Punta Licosa — a pristine marine reserve — for a fantastic aperitivo dinner on board, with the sound of waves and the golden light of dusk as your backdrop. DAY 3
Trentinara — Hilltop Views & Cilento Wine

After breakfast, you'll set off to discover the most authentic corners of the Cilento hinterland. Your first stop is a historic farm in Prignano Cilento, where you'll learn about the production and sweet flavour of the Cilento white fig — another prized product of this extraordinary territory, protected by DOP designation.
In the afternoon, you'll arrive in the charming hilltop village of Trentinara, perched high above the plain with breathtaking panoramic views stretching from the mountains to the sea. Here, a prestigious local winery becomes the setting for your wine tasting: fine Cilento wines accompanied by cured meats, local cheeses, and artisan bread.
To close this perfect day of food and nature, you'll spend the night at a Bio Agriturismo nestled in Trentinara itself — an organic farm stay where the food is grown steps from your table.
DAY 4
Salerno — From Countryside to City
Morning in nature, a celebration lunch & the flavours of Salerno
After breakfast at the Bio Agriturismo, the morning is yours to savour this unspoiled place — walk through the organic gardens, breathe in the fresh mountain air, or simply sit with a coffee and take in the views one last time.
The Bio Agriturismo itself hosts a delicious lunch — a celebration of everything Cilento grown and prepared with love, steps from where it was harvested.
In the afternoon, you'll transfer to Salerno — the vibrant coastal city that serves as the gateway to the Amalfi Coast. For dinner, you'll be guests at a renowned local spaghetteria, where the best dishes of Southern Italian pasta tradition await you. Rich ragùs, fresh seafood, handmade pasta — this is where the culinary soul of Campania comes alive in the city. Overnight in Salerno.
DAY 5
Raito — Pizza Class on the Amalfi Coast

After breakfast at your accommodation, the morning is yours to freely explore the charming alleyways of Salerno's historic centre — a maze of medieval streets, hidden churches, and local shops that offer a glimpse into everyday Southern Italian life.
You'll then transfer to Raito, a jewel perched on the rocky cliffs of the stunning Amalfi Coast. In the evocative setting of a local winery, you'll get your hands in the dough for a Pizza Class — learning all the secrets behind the preparation of the legendary Neapolitan pizza, from the perfect dough to the ideal bake.
